Eco-Hotel Operations Study Visit for Hospitality Teams

A one-day study visit for managers and supervisors from other hotels, hosted by the operations team of The Ravenala Attitude Hotel in Balaclava, Mauritius. Participants walk through back-of-house areas such as plant rooms, kitchens, waste handling and stores, and talk with the staff who run them about day-to-day practice, including what did not work. The day ends with a facilitated debrief in which each participant writes down two or three actions to try at their own property. Lunch on site is included. Travel and accommodation are not.
