Beneficial Insects for Aphid Control

A live biological-control pack that pairs aphid parasitoid wasps (Aphidius spp.) with green lacewing larvae (Chrysoperla spp.). Wasps parasitise aphids and leave visible mummies. Lacewing larvae prey on aphid colonies directly. Release preventively or at the first sign of aphids, and repeat weekly or fortnightly while pressure lasts. Live organisms are dispatched early in the week in insulated packaging. Release them within 24–48 hours of arrival. They are compatible with most integrated pest management (IPM) programmes. Check residual effects of any chemical sprays first.
