Staff Sustainability Training Day for Hotel Teams

A one-day training session for up to 20 hotel staff, run by hospitality practitioners rather than consultants. Each module is tied to a department: energy and water habits for housekeeping and maintenance, food-waste prevention and sorting for kitchens, and how front-office staff answer guest questions about the hotel's environmental practices. Material is available in English and French, with Mauritian Creole used in discussion where it helps. The content is designed to support the staff-training criteria found in common sustainable-tourism standards. The training does not by itself lead to any certification.
