Hotel Kitchen Garden Setup Service

Plans and builds a herb or vegetable garden on hotel grounds so the kitchen can pick some of its herbs, leaves and garnishes on site. The service includes choosing the site, building raised beds, a compost-based soil mix, a planting calendar suited to a tropical climate and a hand-over session with the gardener and the chef. The larger option adds a small nursery area and a simple harvest log so the kitchen can see what the garden supplies. Seeds, seedlings and materials are included in the price; ongoing labour is not.
